Elderflower Winemakings

So for gallon of the classic Elderflower I use -
About a pint of flowers (picked off as much stalk as possible)
1 Lemon
6pts Water
1Kg Sugar
1ltr White Grape Juice
Pour the water over the flowers. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add grape juice and lemon (Squeezed or sliced, depending on how lazy I feel). At this point add a crushed campden tablet and leave it 24hrs. Add the yeast and nutrient and stir well. Stir daily for 4-7 days and then strain into a demijohn.
