without a vintner’s license it is illegal to sell homemade wines. vintner’s licenses are hard to get. That is an alcoholic beverage and is illegal to sell if one does not have the proper licenses, tax forms, etc.
you can however make for yourself a couple of hundred gallons of wine. Use it for gift giving to family and friends, but do NOT sell it.
